LIFETIME UPGRADE
As a part of our lifetime upgrade policy, we offer buyback, exchange and remake on all fine jewellery and Conscious Diamonds purchased at Anantaa Diamonds, applicable after the 30-day return period.
BUYBACK
Our lifetime buyback policy allows you to sell your Anantaa Diamonds' jewellery or Conscious Diamond back to us. We will buy back your item(s) either at 75% of the total value of the jewellery or at the prevailing market rate at the time of sale, whichever is higher.
You may opt for crediting the buyback amount via the same payment method utilised at the time of purchase of the item(s) or accept a credit note, equivalent to the buyback amount for a future purchase at Anantaa Diamonds.
In order to be eligible, the item(s) should be accompanied by original Anantaa Diamonds documentation and be in saleable condition. Please note that the buyback amount does not include shipping fee, duty or tax paid on the original purchase.
EXCHANGE
Our lifetime exchange policy allows you to exchange your Anantaa Diamonds jewellery or Conscious Diamonds for credit equivalent to the original purchase price for new jewellery or diamond(s) that is at least fifty per cent greater value. The new item(s) should be of the same value as that of the previous purchase to be exchanged or of a higher value. If opting for a product of higher value, the difference in the amount will be borne by you.Â
In order to be eligible, the item(s) being upgraded should be accompanied by original Anantaa Diamonds documentation and be in saleable condition. Please note that upgrade credit does not include shipping fee, duty or tax paid on the original purchase.
