For jewellery that uses lab-grown solitaire diamonds above 1.00 carats, you will also receive a certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI) or the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

Payments and Orders
WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES AND DUTIES?
For international orders, there will be an import tax added by your government based on the value of your order. This can range anywhere from 10-30%.

To start with your creation, please get in touch with us by filling out this form. One of our jewellery experts will reach out to you to start creating your dream piece.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
We understand that you may have changed your mind after placing an order and would like to cancel the order. So, if we receive your request before shipping the order, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 20% of the order value, as all our products are made to order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

All refunds will be initiated within 15 days of confirming the order cancellation. Please note that any discount code used during product purchase will be adjusted in the refund amount.
For bespoke orders, we can not accept any cancellations once the order is in process.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
We understand that you may want to make a few changes after placing your order. So, if we receive your request before starting production, we will be able to make changes at no extra cost. However, if your piece is already under process, it will not be possible to change the order.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
Returns and Exchange
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service team via email at cs@anantaadiamonds.com or call us at +91 93244 11428. You will receive an email confirming your request within 24 hours.
At the time of product pick-up, please ensure the product is not worn and intact in original packaging with the Anantaa Diamonds box, jewellery pouch, guarantee card, jewellery certificate, and lab-grown diamond certificate and product invoice.
All products sent to us for return or exchange will undergo a thorough quality check (QC) assessment for any signs of wear & tear, tampering, damage, alterations or resizing (by any other jeweller) or for missing parts. Any discrepancy in the product QC will be notified to you via email.
After your product has passed our QC, we will process your refund for your return request to the same payment mode used to make the purchase. All refunds will be initiated within 15 days of receiving the products. Please note that any discount code used during product purchase will be adjusted in the refund amount.
In the unlikely event, should your product is misplaced or stolen outside the purview of Anantaa Diamonds' procedures and after successful delivery, Anantaa Diamonds will not be responsible for any reimbursements, refunds or product replacements.
Unfortunately, returns are not applicable to a product that has already been exchanged earlier.
For any return request received after 30 days from order delivery, the shipping of the product, to and fro, will be chargeable to you.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

If the new product is of a higher value than the old product then you will have to pay the difference in the amount. If the value of the new product is less than that of the old product then you will receive a credit note for future purchase. All exchange requests will be initiated within 15 days of confirming the new product.
In the unlikely event, should your product is misplaced or stolen outside the purview of Anantaa Diamonds' procedures and after successful delivery, Anantaa Diamonds will not be responsible for any reimbursements, refunds or product replacements.

I DAMAGED MY PRODUCT. WHAT CAN I DO?
Our repair service covers resizing of the jewellery, replacing missing stones or diamonds and/ or any other breakage, on a case-to-case basis.
Any repair request after 30 days will be chargeable, at actuals. The shipping cost in such cases will be chargeable to you.
