CAN I ADJUST THE LENGTH OF MY NECKLACE?

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY?

Each jewellery creation at Anantaa Diamonds is created from 100% BIS Hallmarked Purity-certified gold. All our diamonds, below 0.50 are E-F colour and VS+ quality. The colour and clarity for diamonds above 0.50 can be selected on the product pages.

ARE ANANTAA DIAMONDS JEWELLERY PIECES CERTIFIED?

At Anantaa Diamonds, we believe in transparency and honesty. This is why, with each of our Conscious Diamonds jewellery pieces you will get an authenticity certificate from Ananataa Diamonds and a jewellery certificate from European Gemological Laboratories (EGL).

For jewellery that uses lab-grown solitaire diamonds above 1.00 carats, you will also receive a certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI) or the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES AND DUTIES?

All our product prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST and taxes.

For international orders, there will be an import tax added by your government based on the value of your order. This can range anywhere from 10-30%.

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

We do accept order cancellation requests.

We understand that you may have changed your mind after placing an order and would like to cancel the order. So, if we receive your request before shipping the order, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 20% of the order value, as all our products are made to order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

All refunds will be initiated within 15 days of confirming the order cancellation. Please note that any discount code used during product purchase will be adjusted in the refund amount.

For bespoke orders, we can not accept any cancellations once the order is in process.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

We accept order change requests in certain cases.

We understand that you may want to make a few changes after placing your order. So, if we receive your request before starting production, we will be able to make changes at no extra cost. However, if your piece is already under process, it will not be possible to change the order.

Please note that any changes initiated will change the delivery date.

For bespoke orders, we can not accept any changes once the order is in process.

WHAT WILL COME WITH MY ORDER?

All your products are delivered to you in Anantaa Diamond's tamper-proof packaging. Each piece of jewellery is placed on a sturdy insert in an Anantaa Diamonds Box, accompanied with a reusable protective pouch, an authenticity card, a jewellery certificate, a diamond certificate where applicable and the product invoice.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

At Anantaa Diamonds, all our jewellery is made to order. Your order will be shipped within 3 weeks from order confirmation. In a rare event of a delay, our customer support team will contact you.

    CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

    Returns and Exchange

    HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

    We offer FREE Returns on almost all orders within 30 days from order delivery.

    To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service team via email at cs@anantaadiamonds.com or call us at +91 93244 11428. You will receive an email confirming your request within 24 hours.

    At the time of product pick-up, please ensure the product is not worn and intact in original packaging with the Anantaa Diamonds box, jewellery pouch, guarantee card, jewellery certificate, and lab-grown diamond certificate and product invoice.

    All products sent to us for return or exchange will undergo a thorough quality check (QC) assessment for any signs of wear & tear, tampering, damage, alterations or resizing (by any other jeweller) or for missing parts. Any discrepancy in the product QC will be notified to you via email.

    After your product has passed our QC, we will process your refund for your return request to the same payment mode used to make the purchase. All refunds will be initiated within 15 days of receiving the products. Please note that any discount code used during product purchase will be adjusted in the refund amount.

    In the unlikely event, should your product is misplaced or stolen outside the purview of Anantaa Diamonds' procedures and after successful delivery, Anantaa Diamonds will not be responsible for any reimbursements, refunds or product replacements.

    Unfortunately, returns are not applicable to a product that has already been exchanged earlier.

    For any return request received after 30 days from order delivery, the shipping of the product, to and fro, will be chargeable to you.

    If the new product is of a higher value than the old product then you will have to pay the difference in the amount. If the value of the new product is less than that of the old product then you will receive a credit note for future purchase. All exchange requests will be initiated within 15 days of confirming the new product.

    In the unlikely event, should your product is misplaced or stolen outside the purview of Anantaa Diamonds' procedures and after successful delivery, Anantaa Diamonds will not be responsible for any reimbursements, refunds or product replacements.

    Unfortunately, exchanges are not applicable to a product that has already been exchanged earlier.

    WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCT?

    In case you have received a damaged product, the wrong product or an incorrect size, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team via email at cs@anantaadiamonds.com or call us at +91 93244 11428. You will be required to send us a photograph of the damaged or wrong product. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

    CAN I RETURN A BESPOKE/CUSTOMIZED ITEM?

    As our bespoke jewellery pieces are made just for you, we won’t be able to accept any returns or exchanges. We can however always resize or make slight changes to the pieces, if needed. Any additional costs will be communicated to you via email before accepting the return or exchange.

    Lifetime Upgrades

    WHAT IS ANANTAA DIAMONDS’ LIFETIME UPGRADE POLICY?

    As a part of our Lifetime Upgrade policy, we offer Buyback, Exchange and Remake on all jewellery purchased at Anantaa Diamonds, applicable after the 30-day Easy Return period.

    Warranties and Repairs

    WHAT IS ANANTAA DIAMONDS’ WARRANTY POLICY?

    We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge.

    If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

    I DAMAGED MY PRODUCT. WHAT CAN I DO?

    We offer FREE Repairs within 30 days from order delivery.

    Our repair service covers resizing of the jewellery, replacing missing stones or diamonds and/ or any other breakage, on a case-to-case basis.

    Any repair request after 30 days will be chargeable, at actuals. The shipping cost in such cases will be chargeable to you.

    Jewellery Care

    HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ANANTAA DIAMOND JEWELLERY?

    A little love and care for your jewellery will go a long way. Here we brought together a few simple tips to help you keep your Anantaa Diamonds jewellery sparkling and clean.

    Storing:
  • Store your diamond jewellery in the pouch provided by Anantaa Diamonds.
  • Avoid storing your jewellery directly in any rough cloth case or boxes.
  • Keep the jewellery away from any direct contact with soap, perfumes, moisture, humidity, extreme temperatures or any other jewellery.

    Cleaning:
  • Use only a minimal quantity of mild liquid soap with warm water to wash your diamond jewellery.
  • We advise you to use a brush with soft bristles to gently scrub away any hint of dirt, oil or unwanted particles.
  • Care must be taken that you scrub your jewellery with minimal pressure as vigorous cleaning may lead to damage.
  • Give your jewellery a last rinse with clean water and pat it dry with a clean, soft cloth.
  • It is advisable to clean your diamond jewellery regularly to maintain its lustre.

    Handling:
  • Your jewellery should be worn last, after applying creams, cosmetics and perfumes.
  • Ensure you secure your jewellery well at the time of wear to avoid any unnecessary mishap.
  • Avoid rigorous unlocking of screws and clasps when wearing or removal of your jewellery.
  • Avoid any DIY repair at home. You may contact our customer service team to avail of our repair service.
  • Pre-loader
