We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best
condition, so we only work with reputed couriers to deliver your products to you in the
quickest time possible.


-There is FREE shipping for prepaid orders and RS 150 delivery charge for cash on
delivery orders, which will be added to the cost of your product at the time of checkout.

-Depending upon the location, the product will be delivered to you within 3-7 business
day (MON-FRI) of the order placement.

-We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some
unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this
delay immediately.

-To avail COD Service, all the items in the cart should be applicable for COD.
-Pincode provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, an
online order has to be placed.

-For Cash On Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

-If the product is open, do not accept the order.

-No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

- If you'd like to request a specific delivery time, please contact us. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order or delivery time.

We shall update you with the charges once we check with our courier company.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your
order from your respective country's customs on arrival.
-International deliveries could take anywhere from 5-15 business days (MON-FRI) depending on the country and customs procedures on arrival.

We are happy to offer a 10-day return policy for unused and unworn items.

Before you return a Dazzle By Neha product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in India, resulting in each product being exclusive and marginally different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. Natural stones & pearls are always different from each other. All our products go through quality control before shipping.


-We have a very simple and easy 10 days exchange policy for you. All items purchased from ANANTAADIAMONDS.COM can be exchanged for another product of the same value or a credit note which can be used within a year incase you are not happy with product you have received within 10 days from the date of delivery. All Personalized items and SALE products are final sale only

-Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

-Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

-Once we receive your returned product, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 10 days.

-For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time
of delivery

-In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, you may return them within 10 working days from order delivery, exactly the way in which they were received unworn and with original packaging. The cost for the return courier incase of damaged or wrong product will be paid by Dazzle By Neha.

-Incase of a damaged or incorrect product you plan to return, you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of our Quality Control team to decide whether the product is approved for return

-Before you make arrangements to return your product to us, do connect with a Dazzle By Neha executive to let us know you plan to return the item, so we can expect it!!

-We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified to us.

-We do not provide any pick-up service, you need to self-ship the parcel back to us and the client pays the cost of the return delivery.

-Please make sure that the above address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel along with your order number.

-Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product and the product has been cleared by our quality control team, we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.

-We are not responsible for any loss of shipment in transit, when the client has shipped the product back to Dazzle By Neha.

-Apart from the product being damaged in transit we do not take guarantee of the

-In case we do not have another piece in the product which you have returned (because of it being damaged in transit) we will issue a credit code to you which you can use in the discount code at the checkout page of a fresh order.


-Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
-Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
-After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
-Package refused by recipient.
-Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
-Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade with natural stones so there might be a bit of difference from the photographs on our website.
