We offer FREE Returns and Exchange, on all products, within 30 days from order delivery.

  • To initiate a return or an exchange request, please contact our customer service team via email on or call us at +91 93244 11428. You will receive an email confirming your request number within 24 hours.
  • At the time of product pick-up, please ensure the product is not worn and intact in original packaging with the Anantaa box, jewellery pouch, guarantee card, jewellery certificate and product invoice.
  • All products sent to us for return or exchange will undergo a thorough quality check (QC) assessment for any signs of wear & tear, tamper, damage, alterations or resizing (by any other jeweller) or for missing parts. Any discrepancy in the product QC will be notified to you via email.
  • After your product has passed our QC, we will process your refund for your return request to the same payment mode used to make the purchase. All refunds will be initiated within 15 days of receiving the products. Please note that any discount code used during product purchase will be adjusted in the refund amount.
  • Incase of an exchange, if the new product confirmed is of a higher value than the old product then the customer will have to pay the difference in the amount. If the value of the new product is less than that of the old product then the customer will receive a credit note for future purchase. All exchange requests will be initiated within 15 days of confirming the new product.
  • In case you have received a damaged product, wrong product or an incorrect size, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. You will be required to send us a photograph of the damaged or wrong product. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
  • In an unlikely event, should your product be misplaced or stolen outside the purview of Anantaa’s procedures and after successful delivery, Anantaa Conscious Diamonds will not be responsible for any reimbursements, refunds or product replacements.
  • Unfortunately, returns and exchange are not applicable to a product that has already been exchanged earlier.
  • For any return or exchange request received after 30 days from order delivery, the shipping of the product, to and fro, will be chargeable to you.
