We understand that you may have changed your mind after placing an order and would like to cancel the order.
- We do accept order cancellation requests. However, if we receive your request before shipping of the order, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 20% of the order value, as all our products are made to order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

- All refunds will be initiated within 15 days of confirming the order cancellation. Please note that any discount code used during product purchase will be adjusted in the refund amount.
