For a damaged package, please send us a photograph of the same. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
- Any change in the delivery address must be notified at the earliest to our customer service team. However, we will not be able to fulfil this request in case your order has been shipped.
- All your products are delivered to you in Anantaa’s tamper-proof packaging. Each piece of jewellery is placed on a sturdy insert in an Anantaa Box, accompanied with a reusable protective pouch, an authenticity card, jewellery certificate and the product invoice.
